What is the minimum order for crew shirts?
Shirt orders start at 12 pieces per design. Hats, hoodies and safety shirts can be added to any order.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready 7–10 business days after proof approval and payment. Rush may be possible; ask.
Do you show prices online?
No. Every job is quoted in writing, because quantity, garment and decoration change the price.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your written quote. Payment is never taken on this website.
Can you put my contractor license number on shirts and trucks?
Yes: company name, logo, phone and license numbers, plus DOT numbers on trucks.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A clear PNG or JPG works; we'll tell you if it needs cleanup.
Can I return custom items?
Custom items are made to your approved proof and are not returnable unless they differ from the proof.
Can you use a school, team or brand logo?
Only if you're authorized to use it. We may ask for written permission.
Pickup or shipping?
Local pickup in Chula Vista, or shipping in the U.S.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Se habla español. We work in English and Spanish.
