Terms of sale

Effective: October 29, 2026

1. Quotes. Every order starts with a written quote. Prices on a quote include only the items listed. Sales tax is added where required.
2. Proofs. We send a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing (email is fine) and payment is arranged. Check spelling, colors, sizes and placement; you are responsible for approved content.
3. Payment. Payment terms are stated on your written quote. No payment is taken on this website.
4. Your artwork. You confirm you own or are authorized to use every logo, name and image you send. We may refuse work that infringes others' rights or is offensive.
5. Timing. Turnaround is counted in business days after proof approval and payment. Dates are estimates unless we confirm a deadline in writing.
6. Colors and materials. Screen colors differ from printed colors. Garment and material supply can change; we'll offer an equal substitute before changing anything.
7. Hi-vis. We decorate garments rated by their maker. The rating is the maker's, not ours. You choose the class your job requires.
8. Returns. Custom items are not returnable unless they differ from the approved proof. Report problems within 7 days of pickup or delivery, with photos of the product only.
9. Customer-owned items (tools, tumblers). We take care with them. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or for a maker's warranty terms.
10. Liability. Limited to the amount paid for the affected items.
11. Law. California law; San Diego County.
