The wrap process, step by step
Measure and photograph each vehicle
We record year, make, model and body style, measure every panel and photograph the vehicle from all sides so the design fits each truck or van.
Design
Your logo, colors, phone number and website go onto a true-to-scale template of your vehicle. You approve the design before anything prints.
Print and laminate
We print on cast wrap vinyl with matching laminate for UV and scratch protection, then let the prints outgas before install.
Surface prep
Each vehicle is washed, degreased and wiped with isopropyl alcohol so the film bonds to clean paint.
Install
Installers lay the panels with squeegees and heat, wrapping into recesses and trimming at seams for a paint-like finish.
Final inspection and care sheet
We post-heat edges, inspect every seam and hand you a care sheet so the wrap stays sharp on the road.
